Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions
Each Client of Nemezink (full name: Michał Popiół Nemezink, 1 Brygady 16/33, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Tax ID: 734-358-55-06, hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”) is obliged to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Client and the Studio.
The Client is also obliged to read our Privacy Policy, which outlines the legal basis for processing the Client’s personal data and constitutes an inseparable element of these Terms and Conditions.

II. Appointment Confirmation, Rescheduling, and Cancellation by the Client
An initial booking requires a deposit of at least PLN 150. The payment must be made within 3 business days of making the booking, either in person at Nemezink (in cash or by card) or via bank transfer/BLIK. The booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received/credited.
If the Client wishes to reschedule or cancel an appointment, they must notify the Studio at least 7 business days before the scheduled date.

Failure to notify within this time frame or failure to attend the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. To book a new appointment, the Client must pay a new deposit of at least PLN 150. Each booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

III. Treatment Prices
Each price is determined individually, with PLN 300 being the minimum charge. The final price depends on the size, placement, complexity, and the tattoo artist performing the work. The previously paid deposit will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

IV. Appointment Changes and Cancellations by the Studio
The Studio reserves the right to reschedule an appointment up to 1 business day before the scheduled date. If the Client does not accept the new date, the deposit will be refunded.
The Studio also reserves the right to refuse a service without providing a reason, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.

The tattoo artist may refuse or postpone the procedure if the Client’s skin condition, health, or overall state does not allow for the proper execution of the treatment.

V. Consultations
The Studio recommends a consultation prior to the scheduled appointment to determine the design, size, execution method, placement, preferences, and other factors that may influence the final result. Consultations at our Studio are free of charge.

If the Client has any questions regarding tattoo aftercare or the healing process, they may contact the Studio, which is obliged to provide comprehensive answers.

VI. Final Result
Since tattoos are performed on human skin, which is a unique and variable medium, the final result may differ from the presented design due to individual Client factors such as age, skin type, medical conditions, allergies, skin elasticity, care habits, and tattoo placement.

Proper aftercare also affects the result. The tattoo artist will provide detailed information about aftercare practices and precautions. The Studio and tattoo artist are not responsible for any damage or distortion caused by the Client’s negligence.

The Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions to the pigments used.

VII. Hygiene and Sterility
The Studio uses only new, single-use products, which are fully disposed of after use in accordance with hazardous waste regulations.
Reusable tools, if used, are disinfected and sterilized appropriately before the procedure. All products used for tattooing, especially pigments, comply with applicable standards and certifications.

VIII. Alcohol, Drugs, and Other Substances
Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other psychoactive substances. If this rule is violated, the tattoo artist has the right to refuse service, and the Studio is not obliged to refund the deposit.

IX. Client Conduct
The Client must cooperate with the tattoo artist and follow hygiene rules communicated before the procedure. Any concerns regarding the design, work, or technique should be raised during the session.

For the comfort of others, we recommend limiting loud conversations, music, and any behavior generally considered inappropriate. Failure to comply may result in the tattoo artist stopping the session and refusing further service.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes), alcohol consumption, use of psychoactive substances, and bringing animals are strictly prohibited on Studio premises.
Due to hygiene, eating is not allowed in the procedure room. The Studio also advises against bringing children.

If the Client’s health worsens or there is an adverse skin reaction during the procedure, the tattoo artist will stop the session.

X. Minimum Client Age
Clients must be at least 18 years old.
In exceptional cases, the Studio may accept Clients aged 17, provided that a signed parental/legal guardian consent form (sent via email prior to the appointment) is delivered to the Studio on the day of the visit.

XI. Copyright and Promotion
The Studio reserves the right to take photographs of tattoo designs and completed tattoos for publication, promotion, and marketing purposes. By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, the Client consents to this.

All designs created by Nemezink tattoo artists are protected by copyright. Creating tattoos based on these designs without consent constitutes a copyright infringement and may result in legal consequences.

XII. Complaints and Authorizations
All complaints must be submitted in person to the Studio Manager at SANDOMIERSKA 3/LU2, KRAKÓW, or by email at nemezink@gmail.com.
Only the Manager is authorized to respond on behalf of Nemezink and to handle complaints.

The Studio is not responsible for arrangements made between the tattoo artist and the Client that fall outside these Terms and Conditions.
