To make this Privacy Policy easy to read, we have avoided formal legal terminology wherever possible. When we write “you,” “your,” or “yours,” we mean the user of our website. Below is a list of definitions that may help you better understand this Privacy Policy.

(c) Service – the website www.nemezink.pl and the services provided through it.
(d) Personal data or data – any information obtained from you through the Service that may allow us to identify you. A broader definition can be found in Article 4(1) of the GDPR.
(e) Data processing – any operation or set of operations we perform on personal data, such as collection, storage, organization, or use.

The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of individuals whose personal data is processed and, in particular, ensures that the data collected is:

  3. Factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
  4. Stored in a form that allows identification of the persons concerned for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing,
  5. Processed in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.

  • Handling inquiries submitted through the contact form or other requests.
    Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator).
  • Establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.
    Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Exercising the rights of data subjects.
    Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your personal data is processed in compliance with applicable law, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR.

We process the personal data you provide with the utmost care, in compliance with the law, and with full respect for your right to privacy. We guarantee that you can request access to your personal data at any time. Your data is protected against access by unauthorized persons.

Other purposes and legal bases are specified individually for each processing activity.

Your personal data will only be processed for our marketing purposes with your consent. You may give this consent by filling out a form to receive commercial information by email (newsletter) or by checking the relevant box in the contact form. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the provision of our services (including tattoo services). Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. Consent for marketing purposes is not required for you to use our Service.


Your rights

For example, we may be legally required to retain certain data for at least 5 years if it relates to tax or accounting obligations.

If you believe we have violated data protection laws while processing your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Your request will be processed promptly, no later than within 72 hours of receipt. To verify your identity, we may ask you to send a scan of an ID card, passport, or a utility bill showing your details. These documents are not stored and are deleted immediately after verification. This is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR).


Security

We ensure the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We take appropriate security and data protection measures as required by data protection laws. Personal data is collected with due care and adequately protected against unauthorized access.


Data recipients

Your personal data may be processed by entities whose services involve or may involve personal data processing, such as:

  • Website hosting provider,
  • Technical maintenance service provider,
  • Law firm,
  • Other subcontractors.

These entities may help us provide communication tools (e.g., newsletter services) or analyze user activity on our Service.

We store personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., contract execution, legal obligations, direct marketing). After this period, the data is stored only for legal claim purposes or deleted.

For our newsletter, we use MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Your data is shared with them for personalized emails and newsletter campaigns.
